Developers Genshin impact have teased many characters through in-game story cutscenes that may or may not become playable in future updates. Leaked characters for release in Genshin Impact before version 3.6
Dehya
Dehya is an exclusive NPC in Genshin Impact. She has been confirmed to possess the Pyro God's Eye and wield Claymore. Although there was no announcement from HoYoverse, according to a reliable source, it is believed to be released in v3.5.
Bai Zhu
Bai Zhu is another character from Li Yue. He was the first and only entity to possess the god's eye dendro prior to revealing Sumeru. According to a SYP leak, he has a high chance of being released as a world character in Genshin Impact 3.6.
Kaveh
Kaveh - a brilliant architect from Sumeru. His only official appearance was in Archon Quest III Part 5, where he was seen arguing with al-Haytham at Daen's house.
This young man possesses dendro magic and is assumed to be a two-hander user. It is believed to be released in Genshin Impact 3.6 along with Bai Zhu, based on the assumption that it is four-star in rarity.
Mika
Mika's first official appearance was as an envoy to the Grand Master of the Favonius Order, Varka, at a Mondstadt event. About ballads and goblets. He has cryo powers and will be released alongside Daehya in Genshin Impact 3.5.

Dottore is a member of the Harbingers of Fatui, working under Cryo Archon Snowy. It was first shown in Teyvat Chapter Interlude: A Winter Night's Lazzo along with other members of a hostile organization. His first official appearance was on a quest for Archon Sumeru. It is assumed that he is the owner of a two-handed sword (claymore), but there is no information about his god's eye or release date.
Varka
Varka is the Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius and has been mentioned many times before in the game. It is believed to become playable during the launch of the Dandelion Sea area (The Dandelion Sea) in Mondstadt.
Other members of Fatui including Columbina, Pantalone and Arlecchino are also expected to be released in future updates. However, there is no reliable information about their elements and the chosen weapons.
