Abilities of Samira, New Champion of League of Legends

We got an early look at the abilities of the new 151st champion Samira in the 10.19 PBE game files.
After hitting 150 unique champions in League of Legends with Yone and Lillia, Riot doesn't seem to be showing any signs of slowing down as another character could head to Summoner's Rift soon.
It was previously revealed that Samira, Desert Rose was one of the next scheduled champions, and new game files leaked out of the PBE, suggesting it could be released a little earlier than expected.
Abilities of New League Champion Samira
After the introduction secret emote S rank and mission in League of Legends, to showcase the new champion, an early look at Samira's abilities was shown.
While we have yet to see these new abilities in action, the new content for the 10.19 League patch appears to have been moved to the PBE on August 29th, according to Surrenderat20.
This champion leak revealed that these new abilities will be based on a "style rating" and will also include champion loading screens, a new PsyOps skin, and more.

This Assassin Gunslinger has a rather unusual set of abilities, but it looks like a landing combo will be crucial for this champion, with each successful combo improving his style rating and boosting stats such as movement speed from 'E' to 'S'. ". .
Despite being labeled as a shooter, some of Samira's abilities suggest otherwise, as her "EQ" combo is similar to Yasuo's, allowing her to get up close and personal, cutting through opponents to deal damage.
However, at this point we have yet to see how this unique playstyle can compete with other champions in her class, but she should be coming to PBE soon.
It's worth noting that, as with all other leaks, Riot may still change many of these abilities or stats ahead of the champion's expected release. You can find the full list of abilities below.
Samira's abilities in League of Legends
Reckless Impulse (Passive Skill)
Successive use of non-repeatable skills (and auto-attacks) increases Samira's style rating by one letter, from "E" to "S". For each new rating, she gets an increase in movement speed. Samira fights with a sword in close combat and pistols at a distance; the sword deals additional magic damage.
Samira can also throw up enemies who are restricted in their movement by her allies. At the same time, the duration of control is increased.
Outrageous [Q]
Samira slashes nearby enemies with her sword and switches to pistols if the target is within range.
Blade Sweep [W]
Samira spins with her sword, dealing damage to nearby enemies twice and destroying all enemy projectiles around her during the cast and for the duration of the skill.
Furious Charge [E]
Samira dashes towards her target, dealing magic damage to all enemies in her path and gaining attack speed for the duration. Killing or assisting enemy champions resets Fury Rush's cooldown.
Hellfire [R]
Samira unleashes a barrage of bullets at all nearby enemies up to 10 times over the duration of the skill. Each shot deals physical damage and can be critical. In addition, lifesteal applies to shots.
Samira can only cast Inferno if her current style score is "S" (max).
