Let's go to Sangonomy:
Talk to Tsuyuko. She will offer to meet at the moss-covered altar below. There, Tsuyuko will tell you about the sign-key. There are several of them, and you need to collect the keys on Watatsumi. The keys must be inserted into the signs to open the passage.
Must visit the fin and heart of Watatsumi.
Next, you need to activate 2 altars using the collected key signs:
