Twitch Streamer Attacked Live by Drunk Stepdad Goes Viral
A clip of a Twitch streamer being attacked and fighting back by his apparently drunk stepdad has gone viral.
When a Twitch streamer silky white appeared on the platform back in July 2020, he did not expect to be caught on air where he fights his stepfather.
It has been removed from Twitch in order not to violate the platform's Terms of Use. But this altercation was documented online, and has since resurfaced and gone viral on Reddit and other social media.
After being accused of not having a job, Silky White insisted that streaming was his job, which his stepfather called "masturbating in front of a green screen."
“Hell, I do whatever I want in front of that green screen, yeah, that’s how it goes,” Silky replied. “I get paid money for this, that’s how it goes, and you’re drunk as…., shut up.”
Having advised his stepfather to go upstairs several times, the drunken head of the family decided to attack the streamer while sitting in his gaming chair. Silky did not lose his head and quickly carried out a punishing counterattack.
"To clarify, the stepson was really rocking his stepdad's shit and the stepdad was arrested," a viewer chimed in in the comments. However, the streamer understandably says he doesn't want to be defined by this single incident.
"I just want to stream and have fun with you guys, but sometimes it's hard," Silky said after the fight, before I was suspended for two weeks for violating Twitch's Terms of Service.
However, he has now returned to streaming, usually featuring Call of Duty and Splitgate on his Twitch channel, with no live fights since.
