Peril on Gorgon DLC for The Outer Worlds was announced as part of the Xbox Games Showcase
Studio Obsidian showed up at the Xbox Games Show on July 23rd to reveal the new DLC expansion for their latest open-world RPG, The Outer Worlds. The add-on is called Peril on the Gorgon and is due to launch on September 9, 2020.

To kick off the story, the player and his motley crew aboard a spaceship receive a strange message. By the way, the message is associated with a severed hand. This leads the team to the Gorgon asteroid, a massive scientific base that is now decrepit and dangerous. New character Minnie Ambrose has a team investigating her mother, director of the original Gorgon Asteroid project. Naturally, sci-fi masterpieces follow.
