TFT Patch 9.19 brings a whole new set of elements with the implementation of Brawler's Gloves and a new champion, Kai'Sa, that will try to change the meta.

Kai'Sa Skills

Second skin

Kai'Sa's auto-attacks inflict charges of plasma, dealing additional magic damage. Allied immobilization effects also apply plasma charges. In addition, when buying items, Kai'Sa develops her basic skills, and they have additional effects.


Rain of Icathia

Cost: Mana: 55
Attack range: 600

Kai'Sa fires multiple projectiles at nearby targets.

Living Weapon: Rain of Icathia has been upgraded to fire more projectiles.

Kai'Sa fires (6) projectiles at nearby enemies. Each projectile deals 45/61.25/77.5/93.75/110 (+NaN% AD) (+0) physical damage. All subsequent hits on a champion or monster after the first deal 30% damage (max 0 (+0) (+0)).
Living Weapon - 100 bonus attack damage (current: 0) - Rain of Icathia fires more projectiles (10).Minions below 35% health take 200% damage.


Void Seeker

Cost: Мана: 55/60/65/70/75
Attack range: 3000

Kai'Sa fires a long-range projectile, marking enemies with a passive skill.

Animate Weapon: Void Seeker has been upgraded to apply more passive skill charges and reduce cooldown when hitting champions.

Kai'Sa creates a blast of void energy that grants true vision first enemy hit and activates multiple charges plasma (2), dealing magic damage based on the number of charges on the target.

Live weapons — 100% attack speed (current: [0]%) - When using Overcharge, Kai'Sa becomes invisible by 0.5 seconds.Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Overcharge by 0.5 seconds. Cast time and movement speed improve as attack speed increases.

New items

Training Gloves

  • New Component: Grants +10% Critical Chance and +10% Dodge Chance.
  • When crafting an item from Training Gloves, two stats are converted into one. If it's an offensive item, the wearer gets +20% critical hit chance, and if it's a defensive item, then +20% dodge chance. Thief's Gloves and Mittens increase both stats.

Infinity Edge

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Ultimate Sword
  • Stats: 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • Effect: +150% Critical Damage

Repeating crossbow

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Recurve Bow
  • Effect: Upon the death of the owner, the item is transferred to an allied champion and increases attack speed and critical strike chance by an additional 20%.

Precious Glove

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Oversized Wand
  • Effect: Applications of the wearer's skills can be critical.

Hand of Justice

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Tear of the Goddess
  • Effect: At the start of the round, the wearer either increases their damage by 40% or starts healing for 40 health on hit.

Coldborn Gauntlet

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Mail
  • Effect: When dodging, creates an expanding area that reduces attack speed by 35%.

Swift Silver

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Absorption Cloak
  • Effect: Blocks the control effect applied to the owner. Cooldown - 5 seconds.

Claw trap

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Giant's Belt
  • Effect: At the start of combat, the wearer gains a spell shield. The champion that destroys it is stunned.

Thief's gloves

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Training Gloves
  • Effect: At the start of the round, creates copies of two random items. The Thief's Gloves occupy all three item slots.

Mittens

  • Recipe: Training Gloves + Spatula
  • Effect: The owner also becomes a yordle.

Blade of death

  • Recipe: Ultimate Sword + Ultimate Sword
  • Effect: When killing or assisting, the wearer increases their attack power by 15 until end of combat (can stack indefinitely).

giant slayer

  • Recipe: Ultimate Sword + Recurve Bow
  • Effect: Basic attacks deal an additional 5% of the target's maximum health as true damage.

Player Damage Changes

After changing the loot system, we noticed that the game speed increased slightly, which caused players to lose health much faster. Therefore, we reduce damage to players.

Mystery Box System Changes

The new system is a great addition to the game, but it's far from perfect, so we're making a few tweaks.
  • The average value of regular crates in gold has been reduced.
  • The average value of uncommon crates in gold has been reduced quite a bit.
  • Slightly reduced the chance of gold crates dropping.
  • Level 4 units will no longer drop in Unusual Crates.
  • Slightly increased the drop rate of Niko's Help from all crates.

Features

The Dragon

Considering how easy it is to accumulate magic resistance and how difficult it is to play against it, we are reducing the power of dragons and Dragon Claw.

icy

The effect of icy is too strong, so we are making changes similar to those that befell Mechel.

Void Dweller

With Kai'Sa now in the game, we've decided to reduce the power of the Void in the early game. However, we want to give players more build options to choose from, as well as reward those who stick with the Void to the end.

Yordle

Rapid Fire Cannon no longer grants the wielder the ability to ignore evasion, and is now restricted to wildlings only. Therefore, we decided to weaken the yordles a bit. In addition, Mittens have appeared in the game, which means it's time to add a bonus for 9 champions.
