Story description

An interview with a mysterious philanthropist turns the journalist into a journey down the river of time. Her memories will take her back to Belgium during the First World War, Italy in the 60s .. She will again meet people that somehow changed her life. Especially with the man who gave her immortality.

Season 1 Episode 9 "On the Quest"

Bruno is gone; Theodora and her friends go looking for them.

Diamond costs: 0/22/29 - outfit, 0/10/22 - hairstyle, 10 - stand up for Yoke, 10 - to enlighten Emil, 44 - drink tea at Yoke, 22 - kiss with Friedrich, 22 - talk about Kurt.

Yoke will run to Theodora for help, Bruno is missing and she needs help.

"Necessary…"

1. Start searching immediately. +1 Cynic.
2. Well… I have no idea what to do. - nothing.
3. Comfort Yoke first. +1 Romantic.

Lawrence will join the girls. Yoke will tell you that after the picnic she found her father lying unconscious on the floor of the living room. There were two cups of unfinished tea on the table. Most likely, someone slipped sleeping pills. After searching the whole house, Yoke did not find her son and immediately ran for help.

1. Take charge of the search (20 Cynic stats). You will be in charge of the search. Thanks to this choice, Emil will surrender on his own and be able to return his daughter.
2. I probably refuse. Lawrence will lead the search.

The leader of the group, Lawrence/Theodora, decides to start by asking the neighbors. The journalist and Yoke will go to talk to the residents of Himvorde, and the main character will follow Dr. Roberts, but before that she plans to change clothes.

Yoko is sure that the Germans are involved in the disappearance of the boy.

It was decided that Theo would talk to Friedrich. John says that it is not safe for a girl to go alone to a German soldier, someone needs to accompany the main character.

1. Yoke. — Yoke will go with the main character if the girls are in a friendly/love relationship.
2. Lawrence. Lawrence will go with the main character if they are in friendship/love relationships.

Theodora with John/Yoke/Lawrence will find Friedrich sitting on the porch of the bakery, singing a song.

John/Yoke/Lawrence will praise Friedrich's charming voice.

If you decide to be with Yoke, but improve your relationship with Friedrich, then an alert will appear: "Friedrich knows about your relationship with Joke."

Friedrich knows little about his colleagues, as the relationship between them is not going well. But there is a small clue - a gun was stolen from one of their soldiers.

The company went to the soldier Kurt, whose weapons were stolen. One of the soldiers began to openly mock Friedrich and his entourage.

Kurt will tell you that before the loss of weapons, some strange man in a black cloak followed the soldiers. When they wanted to talk to him, the stranger rushed to run, and dropped the medallion.

Theodora will notice that Kurt is looking at Friedrich in a special way.

The company continued to question the townspeople until Yoke remembered that one of the neighbors across the street hadn't opened the door for them. Everyone went together to interrogate the old and angry woman. In response, a decent portion of insults poured out on Yoke.

Path Romance: Theodora understands that the old woman in front of her is not friendly with her head. Therefore, it needs a special approach. The main character emphasized religion and the commandment to help one's neighbor.

Path of the Cynic: Theodora understands that the old woman in front of her is not friendly with her head. Therefore, the main character decides to rip off the cross from the grandmother's chest and intimidate the sinner with hellish flames.

After talking with Theodora, Mrs. Vermeiren decides to tell everything: Emil Van Velde kidnapped Bruno. The friends decide to discuss the kidnapper's motives. This man lost his wife before the war, he left a little daughter. Emil recently went to the doctor, he believes that his daughter is very sick, although John examined the child and found only signs of a cold in the girl.

The company will find a sleeping Brun in Emil's house, and then the kidnapper himself will appear with a weapon in his hands.

Emil will tell you that his daughter is terminally ill. Some voice in his head ordered him to exchange Bruno's life for the life of Fleur's daughter.

If you took the choice for the stats "Take the lead in the search for yourself" or "Take the medallion", that Emil will surrender on his own.

If do you have a medallion, then the main character will take it and show it to Emil. The man will say that the jewelry belonged to his wife Martha. The memory will take the madness out of his eyes. Theodora will call Emil to conscience, offer to imagine what Marta would say if she found out about her husband's intentions. It will work right away. An alert will appear: "Thanks to you, Emil surrendered on his own."

If you lead the search, then the main character will turn to Emil, say that Fleur will be taken away from the man if he organizes his plan. It will work right away. An alert will appear: "Thanks to you, Emil surrendered on his own."

If you didn’t take elections for Romance/Cynic stats, then Emil will turn out to give up and put up resistance. The following selection will appear: "Emil"

1. Think of a wife! (10 Diamonds) — Emil will put up strong resistance. This choice will not save the situation, but it will help protect John from injury.
2. Enough! Stop doing that! — Emil will put up strong resistance. John will be hurt.
