Level S+
The S+ level includes the very best of Cookie Run. These characters can dominate any combat situation as they pack in a bunch of skills, buffs and abilities, all of which are deadly to the enemy's efforts.
There are currently around 70 cookies that can be played in the game, so getting into the top of the best list is a big challenge that these cookies have surpassed.
Even one cookie from the following list can generate insane value across all game modes.
- tea knight
- Dark cocoa cookies
- Eclair Cookies
- Queen Frost Cookies
- Pumpkin Pie
- Hollyberry cookies
- cotton biscuits
- sea fairy cookies
- Dark Choco Cookies
- Pure Vanilla Cookies
It should be noted that all of these cookies are difficult to obtain, so players should always aim to achieve them by any appropriate means.
S-level
S-level cookies can reach numbers that are extremely close to those of the SS level, but due to limitations in their use, they cannot reach the top. The Sorbet Shark Cookie is currently one of the greatest DPS cookies in the game and is an example of this. However, the character is not very good at PvP, which prevented her from reaching the SS level:
- Espresso Cookies
- Shark Sorbet Cookies
- Black cookies with raisins
- vampire cookies
- Strawberry crepe cookies
- Perfect cookie
- Licorice cookies
- Tiger Lily Cookies
- rye biscuits
These cookies are not up to the level of SS, but they are certainly the best characters in Cookie Run: Kingdom, so they can be invested in without hesitation.
A-level
Cookies in A-tier should be on the mind of players who have been playing for a while and want to upgrade to the Epic tier. These cookies can easily reach the top tiers with the right investment.
It's worth noting that most Cookies at this level specialize in one or the other of their talents, so they are either PvE or PvP specialists who rarely excel in both areas of Cookie Run: Kingdom.
- raspberry biscuits
- mango cookies
- Latte Cookies
- pastry biscuits
- Cookies with squid ink
- sound cookie
- Cookies with tails
- Mala Sauce Biscuits
- Twizzly chewy cookies
- Snow Sugar Cookies
- Cookies with cocoa
B-level
A typical Cookie Run: Kingdom player command is B-level cookies. These cookies are the new gacha choices for those who are still learning how to maximize the value of their draws. They can help players from their first meta teams and understand the basics of the game before moving on to the intermediate level.
Investments in these cookies must be made with care and discretion. Some of these cookies, such as Madeleine, are part of certain powerful team configurations in the current Cookie Run: Kingdom meta.
- Cookies "Moon Bunny"
- pomegranate cookies
- Madeleine cookies
- milk biscuits
- Macaroons
- Espresso Cookies
- Poison Mushroom Cookie
- For example, Choco cookies
- herbal biscuits
- Kukiho Gumiho
C-level
The C-tier mainly consists of superior cookies from the rare tier and bad or regular cookies from the Epic tier. They can be useful, but their skills are quite specific and limited, which is a red flag in Cookie Run: Kingdom.
- Red velvet cookies
- sparkling biscuits
- Werewolf Cookie
- fig biscuits
- Cream puff pastry
- carrot cookies
- Avocado cookies
- onion biscuits
- devil's cookie
D-level
These are the Cookies that narrowly escaped making it to the bottom of the Cookie Run: Kingdom list. Few of them can be used with some careful planning, but most of them should be replaced as soon as possible.
With a large investment, GingerBrave, for example, can be upgraded to have better ATK cooling in the game, providing it with a wide range of applications. Unfortunately, he is the exception rather than the rule, and most of the cookies in this city don't deserve your star jellies.
- GingerBrave
- Chili Pepper Cookies
- Lilac cookies
- Adventure Cookie
- Green puff pastry
- purple pit cookie
- blackberry biscuits
- chewy biscuits
- angel cookie
- pancake cookies
- Knight Cookies
The only difference between levels D and E is that these cookies can function as worthy placeholders for improving cookies.
Electronic level
Many players skip these cookies throughout the World Exploration story, and with good reason. Most Cookies here are poorer than the starting lineup.
Players of New Cookie Run: Kingdom are strongly advised to avoid including these cookies in their teams at all costs or replace them as quickly as possible.
- clover cookies
- muscle cookie
- ninja cookie
- Alchemist Cookie
- Master Cookie
- cherry biscuits
