Character Usage Rates Revealed For The 12th Floor Of The Twisted Abyss Genshin impact 3.4. The ten most popular heroes had a usage rate that ranged from 57,2% to 88,3%. Note that the usage rate is based on how many players own that character and choose to use them.
This metric is separate from others such as proficiency, which is simply the percentage of people who own that unit. Generally, a high level of usage indicates that the character in question is great and is a meta option.
Note: This data is from Teyvat Assistant and comes from a sample size of 92 people. This list is primarily about individual character pick rates, but will refer to some team rates as there is some correlation between them.

10) Xiang Ling / Xiangling (57.25%)
The first character on this list is Xiang Ling. She free 4 star character, which anyone can get from the Spiral Abyss, and its meta value is still relatively high. It is worth noting that she was seen in the first and fourth most used teams from this dataset, which were Childe International and Raiden National, respectively.
9) Ye Lan (62.9%)
Ye Lan will have a relaunch in Genshin Impact 3.4 in the second phase of the update. She already had an excellent usage rate based on floor 12 data. In particular, her most popular team includes Hu Tao, Zhong Li and Xing Qiu.
On the other hand, the Hydro characters are great in the Twisted Abyss. This dataset shows that three of the ten most used users use Hydro, all randomly in a row.
8) Kokomi (63%)
Healing will always be valuable in the Twisted Abyss. Combined with good sustain with good Hydro application in the Dendro meta, this is a recipe for success. Kokomi is arguably the best healer in Genshin Impact 3.4.
Her top team was the second largest selected from that sample size, which included Kokomi, Nilu, Nahida, and Dendro Traveler.
7) Xing Qiu / Xingqiu (63.3%)
Xing Qiu is another top tier 4-star character and falls behind Bennett in terms of usage level as usual. However, Xing Qiu is phenomenal for teams that want an easily accessible hydro application with a bit of damage reduction and healing.
6) Al-Haytham (64,1%)
The newest character debuting in Genshin Impact 3.4 has already made a big impact. New Toy Syndrome aside, he's a great Dendro DPS character in a meta game that heavily favors Dendro Elemental Reactions.
The current Blessings are an example of this statement, as the ones that were rotated on February 1st, February 16th and March 1st are related to Dendro in one way or another.
5) Raiden Shogun (74,2%)
One of the most popular 5 star characters in the game is Raiden Shogun. She dominated banner sales and continues to be a threat on the 12th floor of the Twisted Abyss. The easy-to-build Raiden national team is exceptionally good for the task, as evidenced by being the fourth most popular team in terms of usage.
4) Zhong Li (75%)
Zhong Li's shields are still the best in the entire game. Anyone looking for a unit that can give the team a good defense can't go wrong with Zhong Li. It has been used in various line-ups, including being the third most popular along with al-Haytham, Yae Miko and Nahida.
3) Kazuha (77%)
Although Kazuha may not be the number one he used to be, he still has a great usage level which translates into meta dominance on the 12th floor of the Spiral Abyss. He is arguably the best representative of anemo and is the cornerstone of the team Child International.
2) Bennett (83%)
Bennett's usefulness as a 4-star character in Genshin Impact 3.4 and all previous patches cannot be overstated. Raiden National, Child International and many other meta-relevant teams rely on his atk buffs, healing, and Pyro cast. He is still a required character for Genshin Impact 3.4 and the 12th floor of the Twisted Abyss.
1) Nahida (88,3%)
Everything that can be said about Al-Haytham, who is in a favorable meta, applies to Nahid. The main difference here is that Nahida is arguably the single best Dendro unit in the game. The 88,3% usage rate on the 12th floor of the Twisted Abyss in Genshin Impact 3.4 is huge, and it can't be overstated how overly centralized it is right now.
Most of the Archons have excellent usage rates, with Venti being the only one outside of the top ten, being picked only 9,6% of the time. As such, it's likely that Nahida will continue to dominate well beyond Genshin Impact 3.4.
