Tower of Fantasy is an open-world multiplayer Action RPG with an anime theme. Leveling up your character and collecting weapons tower of fantasy takes a lot of time. Rolling alone takes about half an hour, and you will spend tens of hours collecting gold and black coresrequired to participate in the gacha, required to obtain additional characters and equipment of high rarity. With specific characters tied to servers, the question is: is it possible to change servers?
Before creating a character, you can change servers from the main screen. Just select the region and the server that suits you. As long as you have not created a character, you can repeat attempts to choose the right one any number of times.
But, once you actually get into the game, create a character and start playing, there is currently no way to transfer characters or any data between servers. It doesn't matter if you've played for an hour or 100 - if you're on, say, an Observer server and your friends are on Frontier, you won't be able to play with them with your Observer character. You will need to start from scratch.
You also cannot form cross-server teams. The servers are completely exclusive, not sharing anything. There is hope on the horizon: Chinese servers have server transfers, so hope remains. The feature just hasn't hit the global release yet.
There is no way to know when server switching will become available to the wider population tower of fantasy, but this is a regular request from the community. If you know that you have friends who will play or you already have accounts, make it a priority to coordinate with them about which server you are joining.
In case you create a character on the wrong server, change it as soon as possible. The story campaign alone lasts over 10 hours, and you will spend significantly more time and RNG luck on leveling and preparing. Patience is your only remedy if you're like me and spend dozens of hours on the wrong server.
Unfortunately, there is no better news when it comes to server migration, but hopefully the developers will add this feature soon.
