Fortnite Tournament at the Australian Open

Epic Games covers more and more new spaces! We got to tennis. Today it became known that the Fortnite tournament will be held at the Australian Open for the first time. The organizers announced that at the end of January they will hold the Fortnite - Summer Smash tournament on their site. It will be held on January 26-27 in parallel with the finals of the tennis tournament. The prize fund of the fortnite tournament is $400 thousand
The tournament will be held in a single format and both Australian entertainment industry stars and ordinary people who have time to register will be invited to it. Registration for the Fortnite tournament will be available on the Australian Open website from January 9th. The first 500 players will receive invitations.
Prize places Fortnite - Summer Smash:
- 1st place $100,000
- 2nd-3rd place $50,000
- 4th-6th place $25,000
- 7th-10th place $5,000
- 11th-15th place $3,000
- 16th-20th place $2,000
- 21st-100th place $1,000
Also at the Australian Open will be a charity tournament in pairs. The prize fund of which will be $100.
