Complete walkthrough of the mission Kill or Capture
Walk across the field and wait for the helicopter to crash.
Go to the neighboring house and secure the building.
Most of the enemies inside are hiding in corners or near doors. Proceed with caution.
After clearing the first house, go to the next one on the other side and secure it. You can first shoot the enemies in the windows before entering.
Head to the crash site and prepare for battle. Resupply ammo and set traps with proximity mines.
Survive three waves of attacks before you can move on to the next target.
Stay close to your squadmates and follow them to the next building. You may run into a bug here, so try to follow the next goal without doing any workarounds to avoid it.
There will be snipers shooting from the top of the building. Eliminate them all to continue.
Wait for the helicopter to attack the building before entering. Clear the area by killing all the enemies inside. Be careful of sneaky enemies!
Read the document in the last room, then regroup with your team and go to the nearest factory. Be sure to turn off night vision as you won't be able to see anything inside.
There will be many enemies inside. Use your utilities to remove them all immediately and effectively.
Open the blue cargo on the ground floor to complete the mission and move on to the next one.

How to complete a Kill or Capture mission on realism difficulty
Set up your weapon for easier kills
When clearing buildings, enemies will hide in tight corners or near doors. It's helpful to plant Soap's weapons in these spaces, as facing enemies head-on will cause Soap to absorb unbalanced damage.
Mounting can be done next to objects such as boxes, doors, ledges and windows. Peeping behind objects provides the player with a favorable angle when conducting firefights, limiting the point of view of enemies.
Use the VEL 46 for close range shooting
Submachine Gun VEL46 is a secondary charge for this mission. It is better suited for indoor environments and deploys a night vision laser sight. Use this cannon when clearing buildings in a mission.
Eliminate the enemies flanking the crash site first
During this part of the mission, the player will have to endure three waves of attack. You don't have to worry about the enemies pushing the crashed helicopter. Instead, focus on taking out any enemy that surrounds the open doorway and put the brunt of the fighting on your AI squadmates.
When the enemy vehicles start rolling in just wait for air support as it will be difficult to engage in firefights during this section.
Use night vision and a teammate to secure the third house
In the third house, clear the first floor, then use the night vision goggles on the second floor. Given the dark lighting in this floor, activating the night vision goggles will allow Soap to spot enemies faster.
The last enemy is in the "outer" part of the house in the room on the right. It will go off as soon as you step through the doorway, so quickly walk back or lean over and let your teammates clear it (otherwise Soap will die instantly).
