Genshin Impact 2.7 Character and Weapon Banners Leaked

As players wait for the Genshin Impact 2.7 developer livestream, a number of leaks have already revealed the upcoming banners.

New characters and weapons are the highlights of any Genshin Impact update, and patch 2.7 should be no exception. Ye Lan will arrive as a five-star bow and hydro element user, and Cookie Shinobu will be released as a four-star electro and sword user.

The hype for both characters is unreal, and here are some of the latest leaks regarding banners in update 2.7.

Reran Xiao and Ye Lan in the first part of the Genshin Impact 2.7 update

There is almost no doubt that the first half of Update 2.7 will bring Ye Lan's banner. However, new leaks have suggested that the character's wish-2 banner will also include Xiao.

Xiao's relaunch banner rumors surfaced after BLANK informed players of his role in the 2.7 storyline. Apparently, he will be one of the main characters along with Yan Fei, Ye Lan, Kouki Shinobu, and Itto.

Supposedly, the four-star characters in Ye Lan and Xiao's banner will be:

• Barbara
• Yanfei

Naturally, the weapon banner in the first half of update 2.7 will offer an increased drop rate for the Aqua Simulacrum bow. (Ye Lan's signature five-star bow) and Primordial Spear Jade Kite (Xiao's signature five-star bow).

Ryoran Arataki Itto presumably in phase 2 of Genshin Impact 2.7

The second half of the 2.7 update seems equally interesting, as it could have a relaunch banner for Arataki Itto. Kuki Shinobu should be part of this banner, but there is no information about the remaining four-star characters.

As for the weapon banner in Genshin Impact version 2.7 phase 2, travelers can look forward to unlocking the Claymore Redhorn Stonecutter and catalyst Memory of dust.

Unsurprisingly, community reaction to the leaks has been mixed. Xiao will be starring in the 2.7 storyline, but many players feel this shouldn't result in him getting a relaunch ahead of Kazuha and Eimiya.

Moreover, the inclusion of Memory of Dust in the weapon banner was a disappointment to many players. The Redhorn Stonethresher is an explosive DPS weapon, but the catalyst is just as unconvincing.
