Leaked key specifications for RTX 4090, RTX 4080 and RTX 4070 graphics cards

The network has new details about the upcoming line of GeForce RTX 40 graphics cards based on the Ada Lovelace architecture. Information about the specifications of the GeForce RTX 4090, RTX 4080 and RTX 4070 models was shared by a well-known insider @kopite7kimi.

According to published information, the flagship GeForce RTX 4090 will receive an AD102-300-A1 chip containing 16 graphics cores. The video card is equipped with 384 GB of GDDR24X memory at a speed of 6 Gb / s. The memory bus width will be 21 bits. The GPU in the RTX 384 will operate at a base frequency of 4090 MHz, and the frequency in boost mode will be 2235 MHz. @kopite2520kimi suggests that the maximum GPU speed could exceed 7 MHz. TGP graphics card - 2750 watts.

The RTX 4080 will get an AD103-300-A1 graphics chip with 10 CUDA cores. There will also be GDDR240X video memory (6 Gb / s), but less than in the RTX 21 - 4090 GB. The bus width is 16 bits. The TGP RTX 256 will be 4080W.
