Fortnite 'Nitehare' Easter Skin Leaked Terrifying!
New Skin, Back Ornament, and Pickaxe Coming to Fortnite Battle Royale Easter 2019, Found by Miners, and Looks Far Less Friendly Than You Might Have Expected.
Based on previous Fortnite bunny skins that were released over Easter last year, fans may have been expecting something similar in 2019, but this time Epic Games has opted for a Halloween Easter collage.
If you were expecting some new buddies for "Rabbit Raider" or "Bunny brawler”, which came out last year, you will be disappointed, as it looks like their nemesis is coming to replace it.
New Fortnite Easter Cosmetics
Dataminer @ChinaBR found a demonic looking bunny in the game files, and fellow analyst @lucas7yoshi_ also found an equally creepy back ornament and a deadly looking pickaxe.
The strange new skin is called "Nitehare" - a mix between "Fortnite" and "Nightmare" - and is aptly named as it looks like it's straight out of an Easter nightmare.
The creepy ball resembles something from Chucky, the killer doll from classic horror movies, and the pick, called the Steel Carrot, looks more like a Death scythe than a carrot.
A demonic look for Easter 2019 with new Nitehare makeup.
It is not known exactly when these cosmetics will be available for purchase, but it is quite clear that they will be in the item store on April 20 or 21 (Easter Sunday).
Players who want to scare their opponents as well as destroy them will surely be interested in this set, which is perhaps also a sign that Epic Games wants to release some more sinister cosmetics in the future, as opposed to the traditionally more childish ones.
Other skins like Prisoner and 'Raid' would also support this endeavor as they also look creepy - but the Nitehare skin should be the scariest.
