Genshin Impact 2.5 update rumored to include highly anticipated arrival Yae Miko The head priestess of the Great Shrine, Narukami Inazuma. Genshin Impact 2.5 release date

The Genshin Impact 2.3 update may have just begun, but 2.5 leaks are already pouring in.

MiHoYo hasn't given an official release date for 2.5 yet, but we know the update is Genshin Impact version 2.4, according to rumors will be released in January 2022. It means that update 2.5, probably, will be released in February.

While this may seem like a long way off, it will give players enough time to stock up on primogems for Yae Miko and Gan Yu. For those who seek to unlock Arataki Itto and Shen He, this release window is likely to be a relief.

Genshin Impact 2.5 Update Developer Stream

The Genshin Impact 2.5 livestream will feature a ton of new content.

The livestream of Genshin Impact 2.5 has yet to be announced by miHoYo, but we will likely hear an official announcement closer to the release date.

Yae Miko banner release date

Yae is one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact.

According to renowned insider Genshin Impact, @Ubatcha1, Yae Miko will be released with Update 2.5. While there has not yet been any drain on Yae Miko's abilities, it is currently believed that Shrine Priestess will be in command of the Electro element.

This rumor stems from her purple eyes and electro vision, which was placed in her golden earrings. How she will use these electrical abilities remains to be seen, but many players believe that she may be a catalyst user that bombards her enemies with long-range electrical attacks.

Gan Yu banner release date

MiHoYo has yet to give an official release date for Gan Yu's rerun banner, but one of Genshin Impact insiders suggested that it may appear in update 2.5. There are currently rumors that Gan Yu's relaunch will be next to Yae, meaning that travelers who missed her in version 1.2 will finally have a chance to get an imbo character.

Ayato release date

As of now, Ayato does not have a set release date for Genshin Impact. However, @Ubatcha1 found some data about Ayaka's brother in beta 2.4. According to the whistleblower, Ayato is a sword user who has a male body type.
