Valorant Champions 2021: all qualified teams, location, prize pool

Valorant Champions will be the first world championship for the popular FPS. Sixteen teams from around the world will compete in December for the coveted prize and the title of the first Valorant World Champion.

Valorant Champions will be the crown jewel of VCT 2021. From the Challengers to Masters Iceland to Masters Berlin, every event will lead to a multi-million dollar event in December.

Here's what you need to know about Valorant Champions 2021, including the teams that qualified and those who have a better chance of making it to the top 16.

Details of Valorant Champions 2021: dates, format, venue

Riot has announced that the tournament will start on December 2nd and end on December 12th. The championships were rumored to take place in Los Angeles, but Riot has confirmed that the year-end tournament will also take place in Berlin, just like Masters 3, which conflicts with their plan to host each of their international events in a different region.

The reason Riot is hosting the champions in Berlin is due to friendlier European travel policies and making it easier for all teams to visit.

Sixteen teams from all over the world will converge to fight for the title of Valorant's first true world champion. There will be millions at stake, but the exact prize pool has not been confirmed, nor has the format.

We will notify you as soon as additional information becomes available.

The Sentinels were the first team to qualify for the Valor Champions in December.

All teams that qualified for Valorant Champions 2021

Despite the fact that there is more than a month left before the event, all 16 teams have already staked out their place on Valorant Champions.

Among the teams already confirmed for the World Championship is the North American team Sentinels, who cemented their place after winning Masters 2: Reykjavik as they earned enough points. CIS giants Gambit secured direct entry to the champions after winning Masters 3: Berlin, meaning there will be four teams from Europe, the Middle East and Africa in the tournament by the end of the year.
