Epic Games has released the patch notes for Fortnite's third v9.30 content update, which adds a new Air Strike mode to the Battle Royale mode.
Previous v9.30 patches introduced a number of new items and weapons, with some even returning from storage before the 14 Days of Summer, but this next update will mark the arrival of a feature that was never available in the past.
As we get closer to the end of Season 9, we've been talking about some changes, so let's see what the future holds for Free Play.

- Throw a canister of colored smoke to summon a hail of rockets from the sky.
- When the canister is on the ground, rockets will appear in the sky after a short delay.
- Rockets appear 120 meters above the smoke canister.
- Rockets drop at random locations within a 9m radius of the canister.
- There are 20 missiles in total.
- The explosion radius of one rocket is 3,5 meters.
- Each missile deals 75 damage. damage to players and 200 pts. damage to buildings.
- Found in buildings, chests, supply drops, vending machines, and llamas.
- Appears in sets of 1.
