The Spring Break event was released with the v24.10 update in Fortnite on Wednesday, March 29th. This is the first major update for Season 2 Chapter 4 and Epic Games has added a lot of new stuff. A new Easter event has also been released, and now's your chance to earn some more cosmetic items for free.
This article will explain everything you need to know about the Spring Breakout event. We will also go over all the rewards and how you can unlock them.
Fortnite Spring Breakthrough event brings 6 free items
New event brings quest spring breakthrough, which you can complete and earn free cosmetic rewards. In addition to free cosmetics, Epic Games will also provide a lot of experience to all players who complete quests, making this a great way to level up the Battle Pass.
The event lasts for two weeks, and you will need to play throughout this period to unlock all rewards. Here are all the cosmetics that can be unlocked by participating in the Fortnite Spring Breakout event:
- Works loading screen
- Graffiti Shell Smash
- Backpack Blooming Bag
- Glider Spring Mirage
- Pickaxe Multicolor Hammer
- Spring break banner icon
The Nannerbloom Hammer Pickaxe can be unlocked by completing 12 Spring Break Fortnite quests. The Hang Glider Fresh Flyer, on the other hand, requires you to complete a total of 22 quests.
It is important to note that these rewards cannot be unlocked on the first day of the event. Epic Games will be releasing one quest each day, which means you'll have to wait over a week to complete all 22 quests. Some of the quests are immediately available. Most of them are very easy and can be completed in just a few games from the lobby Fortnite bots.
With the new update, Epic Games has also added super styles for Battle Pass skins. Considering that the event gives a lot of experience, these styles can be unlocked by completing all the quests from the event.
Each quest grants either a cosmetic item or 20 XP. Thanks to this, you can get more than 000 XP in total from the event, which is about four levels of the Battle Pass during chapter 2 season 4.
It is important to note that all of these rewards can be earned in a limited amount of time. Once they leave the game, it's unlikely they'll ever return for free, though Epic may decide to release them to the item store.
