All 63 Dying Light 2 cassettes. Audiophile Achievement.

В Dying Light 2 there are 63 audio cassettes that are the game's collectibles. Finding all Collectible Audio Recordings (called Cassettes in the game) unlocks a trophy or achievement Audiophile.

It is highly recommended to use Survival Sense frequentlyto mark nearby collectibles with a gold dot. Especially when story or side quests require you to enter buildings or tunnels, always scan collectibles. Some story areas become inaccessible or difficult to return to later, then the only way to return there is through the Co-op. Also play all side quests as they appear. Some of them have collectibles tied to them, and they are also a good source of experience and money. You need all the collectibles in one save file. If you missed something from the story area, you can still get it in Co-op by joining someone else's game.

You can track your collecting progress in the Collections Menu. Each item has a unique name, so you can compare your results against the list to see what you're missing.

Where to find all audio files (cassettes) in Dying Light 2: Stay Human

Report of the head physician of the VGM Dr. Katsumi No. 2

• District: Houndfield

The cassette is at the center of the study of stage IV of the THV virus. You can get here through the roof of the building. When inspecting the laboratory, you will find this item.

Diary of a Night Runner #3

• District: Houndfield

This item can be found in the night runner's hideout on the roof of one of the skyscrapers. It is difficult to climb here, first you need to pump the endurance of the main character.

• District: Houndfield

The cassette is located in the apartment on the second floor. We will get here when completing the additional quest "Book Club VIII".

Near the bazaar there is an entrance to the metro station "Church of the Holy Trinity". You can activate this place after you get to the city center for the first time. You don't need to kill the infected - just go to the station and open it. On the rack we find the cassette.

• District: Trinity

The cassette is in Killian's hut on the roof. It is not easy to see it, since you will enter the house through the back door. This door closes the view of the table on which the collectible lies.

The audio recording is at the center of the study of THV genomes. You can get here in the story when you catch up with Handass. The cassette is behind a locked door on the top floor, next to a crate containing an inhibitor.

Chitkins for President

• District: Horseshoe

We get to the camp of Jack and Joe and on the third floor of a distant building we find this cassette. The easiest way to get it is after we capture the camp and hand it over to the survivors.

Villedora Tourist Office - Horseshoe

• District: Horseshoe

We will get here for the first time when completing the Water Tower story quest. After talking with the brothers Jack and Joe, we can look around the room and find the cassette.

Located in the attic of a residential building. We can get here for the first time when completing the additional task "Missing in Action".

This item is located on top of the Nut windmill. We can get to it when we try to activate the windmill for survivors or peacekeepers.

The cassette can be found in the VGM laboratory for the development of a vaccine at any time, or get here when completing the additional task "Wall of Valor: Bad Medicine".

Bulletin Board - The Cable Guy

We can find this collectible when we meet the head of the Couriers Guild in the central part of the district. The cassette will lie on his desk.

Kitchen of the big "apocalypse"

• Area: Downtown

The audio recording lies on the roof of a skyscraper, next to a dropped military cargo THB-M30. You can get here if you use a paraglider from a radio tower nearby, or try to climb on your own (this will require a hook and a lot of stamina).

Be fruitful and multiply

Find this cassette in the collector's apartment in the "Welcome Aboard" story mission. According to the quest, you need to get into the apartment and find whiskey. But on the table next to the tape recorder, you can also find an item for the collection.

In the southern part of Downtown we find the shelter of the night runner and select the cassette.

This cassette appears if you gave the area to the peacekeepers. On the roof of one of the settlements, the military will organize a headquarters where you can pick up an audio recording. We couldn't find this item because we gave the area to the survivors.

We will find an audio recording in Loan's apartment during the Horseshu quest. It is on the table next to the radio. Even if we missed it, we can return and pick it up at any time.

This recording can only be found before the first bombing of the city, since in this case the necessary building in which the cassette is located will be destroyed. But even in the early stages of the game, climbing onto the roof will be impossible, since this will definitely require a hook. When we are on the roof, we inspect the boxes next to the tent and pick up the audio recording.

We go to the THV genetic modification development center on the island and inspect the locked room on the third floor. As usual, we find an inhibitor nearby.

Tourist Office of Villador - St. Paul's Cathedral

The audio recording is located in a room on the roof of the cathedral. You can get here through the inner hall, then through the outer part of the building.

Like other reports by Dr. Katsumi, this cassette can be found in the GMT lab. We go down to the third floor, break open the door and pick up the audio recording.

We examine the roof of the building and in one of the boxes we find a record.

• Area: Newfound Lost Lands

We get to the marker in the screenshot and go up to the roof. You can do this if you climb onto the radio antenna near the container and open the paraglider. The wind itself will lift Aiden up. We examine the container, which can be opened with the VGM key and pick up the cassette.

Diary of a Night Runner #8

• Area: Newfound Lost Lands

This collectible can be found at the Newfoundland military radio station, on one of the antennas.

During the "Now or Never" story mission, we will find ourselves in the Butcher's fortress and will be able to inspect Waltz's laboratory. Three audio recordings can be found in two rooms.
