Marvel Snap cover

Dozens of unique cards keep you on your toes in every Marvel Snap game.

Understanding the cards in Marvel Snap

While almost every card in Marvel Snap comes with a unique effect, a few traits are split across the board to help you spot key attributes.

In the upper left corner of any card, you will see the corresponding Cost. This number in the blue circle represents the amount of energy required to play the indicated card. Similarly, in the upper right corner, you will find the power of the card.

By clicking on any particular card, you will be able to see its ability right below the illustration. On rare occasions, some cards may fall onto the board with no special effect, although the vast majority will contain a brief explanation of their abilities.

Unlocking new cards in Marvel Snap

Leveling up the collection in Marvel Snap is the key to acquiring new cards. Along the Collection Level reward track, you will unlock cards in various pools randomly. However, you will also have a chance to grab Collector's Tokens, which can then be used in the Token Shop to unlock a specific card.

To increase your position, your goal is to improve the rarity of your cards. Using boosters and credits, you can upgrade every map from Common to Infinity. In doing so, not only the color of the borders and illustrations evolve, but your level of the collection grows significantly.

As your collection level starts to skyrocket, so do the upgrade requirements. Thus, be sure to prioritize cheaper upgrades first to maximize the performance of your loans.
