Arataki Itto
Genshin Impact 2.3 will introduce a number of new and returning characters. According to a prominent leader, @Ubatcha1 , will be released in 2.3 Arataki Itto is a mysterious character who is rumored to have "ghosts" as part of his elemental explosion.
A number of leaks also claim that Itto will wield a Claymore and has a four-hit basic attack combo. Whether or not he will be able to switch between ghost/human form remains to be seen, but it would definitely make sense given his description.
Itto is described as "tall, with a large build and two large horns, intimidating at first sight".
Goro
Goro is the general of the Sangonomy resistance.
Goro is another character, which is rumored to be coming with update 2.3 of Genshin Impact. Inazuma's resistance fighter is known for his bravery and dedication, stopping at nothing to fight the Edict of Baal to hunt for the eyes of the god.
While not much is known about Goro's elemental skills and elemental burst, we do know that he possesses the Geo element and can be seen with a bow. As a general of the Kokomi Sangonomiya army, Goro is no stranger to the hardships of battle.
Albedo
Albedo first appeared back in version 1.2.
Albedo can get a second rerun in version 2.3 and will become the second 5-star character after Arataki Itto. This inquisitive knight is the captain of the Chosen Knights research group, which conducts research on Teyvat.
Using geo-skills and deadly sword swings, Albedo can quickly overwhelm his enemies, dealing massive AoE damage to those who dare to stand in his way. The rerun of Albedo is just one of many returning 5-star characters to reappear.
Genshin Impact patch 2.3 map update
Genshin Impact 2.3 will likely include new locations, especially since version 2.2 finally introduces Tsurumi Island, the last island of Inazuma. After defeating Baal (Raiden Shogun) and refusing the Edict to hunt for the god's eyes, Yae Miko tells the Traveler that they should go to Sumeru looking for your brother/sister.
It remains to be seen if 2.3 will see the release of this region, but what we do know for sure is that it will likely be the next location we travel to next. Sumeru is known as a center of knowledge where wisdom and intelligence are highly valued.
Genshin Impact's traveling merchant, Li Ben, states that "Sumeru is rainforest and desert." This means that they will have many new enemies and bosses that will likely populate this ancient area.
So, here's everything we know about Genshin Impact 2.3. We will be updating this article as more details and leaks come before Genshin Impact version 2.3.
