High Fortress Walkthrough Hogwarts Legacy

The High Fortress is the 32nd main quest in Hogwarts Legacy. This walkthrough will guide you through all the tasks of the High Fort Main Mission.

Job Information: What an adventure! It started when I met Natty near the ruins of an old castle. She told me how she followed Theophilus Harlow to Boar's Head and saw him reading a letter with Rookwood's seal. She wanted this letter to be given to Officer Singer as proof of Harlow and Rookwood's collusion, so she followed Harlow to Fulbarton Castle. On the way inside, we saw that the poachers had captured the Batwing and another hippogriff. Together, Natty and I saved the hippogriffs from poachers and left with a letter that Natty plans to deliver to Officer Singer and bring Rookwood and Harlow to justice.

• Climb the battlements
• Enter the gatehouse
• Open the main gate
• Follow Natty
• Get to the roof
• Follow Natty to Wingland

Starting Location: High Fortress

With Wingardium Leviosa in our spell book, we are ready to meet Natty at Fulbarton Castle in the Highlands.

Fly to Fulbarton Castle, east of Hogsmeade and find Natty with her.

Activate a nearby flying flame and then check for a side path on the right leading down the slope past the flying flame.

Climb up the platform and then up the wall. Now use Depulso on the fixture to open the small gate. Then use Wingardium Leviosa on the crate and place it against the wall so you can climb on it and continue moving.

Destroy the small barricade, then run back and use the cracked window to move the crate to the other side with Wingardium Leviosa or Accio aside. Then go back through the hole.

Now use Depulso on the fixture a few times to activate the grate and then Accio on the hook to stop it and leave the gate open.

Follow Natty through the door for a new cutscene.

After the cutscenes, you will come across a wooden scaffolding. Climb up and then onto the wall.

You will then see a crate in front of you through a small window. Use Depulso a couple of times on the crate to drop it, then climb down.

Now place the crate on top of another ladder and use it to jump over.

Climb the stairs and defeat the enemies. Then open the door with Alohomora. Refer to the screenshot below for the solution.

Keep going up the stairs and stairs, defeat the enemies, then open the second door for Alohomora. Solution below.

After you've opened the door, enter the room in front of you to grab the beast cages. Here you can save some of the beasts if you like, including the Niffler.

Continue up the stairs and check the right openings for loot, including a chest. You will eventually unlock a cutscene with the Wyvern.

Now just follow Natty to Wryland and enjoy the scenery.
