Zeri, the new League of Legends champion: release date, abilities and more

Zeri is one of the last champions to have a legacy in the underground city of Zaun. She spent her entire childhood in the city, raised in a "large working-class family," according to her biography.

Zeri's knowledge connects her deeply with the Chem-Barons of Zaun, a group of opportunists seeking to capitalize on the resources and energy in the city. One day, a mining accident caused by the Chem-barons put Zeri, as well as her family and friends, in danger. But the stubborn Zeri was able to use her electrical magic to save countless people from disaster. However, Zeri realized that this was not enough. She came to the conclusion that she needed to take the fight to the Chem-Barons in order to truly keep Zaun safe. Does Zeri have any ties to the recently released animated television series Riot arcane, remains to be seen.
