Eclipse Zone Destiny 2: Beyond Light - Everything You Need to Know
An eclipse zone is a special area change event that occurs on the planet Europa in Destiny 2: Beyond Light .
This zone rotates weekly and includes falling debris, area buffs, and specific area objectives to complete. Each week we will update this post with the current active Eclipse Zone. See below for details.
Where is the Eclipse Zone today
current zone : The Abyss of Asterius.
Buff : Stasis Regeneration - Stasis abilities regenerate faster.
Description : “Debris is falling from the sky; a permanent remnant of the Orbital Station's crash at the hands of the Guardians. The House of Salvation intends to secure the area with the Darkness and collect any important debris. Guardians are advised to disrupt the plans of the Fallen."
Every week at the weekly reset (Tuesday) the Eclipse Zone changes on Europa. When a location is an active Eclipse zone, you will receive a buff and special quests to complete in that area. To find out which area is currently the active site of the eclipse, you need to open the map. On the map below the text Europe on the right you will see the currently active area. You can hover over the icon to see the description above.
If you are completing the "Sabotage" mission for Variks the Loyal, you need to know the location of the eclipsed place every week. Many of the missions that Variks gives involve completing specific tasks in these areas, such as public events, lost sectors, collecting materials, and so on. Consult the location above to find out where to go to complete these missions.
This post will reflect the weekly eclipse zone on Europe. The text above will change every week at the weekly reset to highlight the new zone. Check out the next zone next week.
