The Call of Horus quest in Genshin Impact asks you to visit Dr. Livingston and speak with her in order to gain access to the battle arena of the "Tidal War" event!
Tidal Feud is a Genshin Impact event that takes place in the Meat Tribe Arena in Dadaupa Gorge. The event is a tournament in fights without rules. If you made it to Adventure Rank 20, then you need to beat the triple Seal of the Graveyard of Swords and complete the "Call of the Mountains" quest.
