Fortnite Description Update v11.21
Epic Games has announced the time and date for the next Fortnite update, v11. 21.
To date, Epic hasn't spoiled us with a lot of updated content in Fortnite Season 1 Chapter XNUMX. So far we have only seen a harpoon gun and nothing else. We've been into the season for over seven weeks now and a large number of Battle Royale players are starting to get bored.
The season has been extended until the beginning of February and there are many players who have already reached level 100 of the Battle Pass (I personally already have 186) and they have nothing else to do. Epic did state on their season extension blog that there will be new features, new challenges and rewards, and a live event this month, but that update will most likely be this week. However, in the interim we have patch V11. 21 Fortnite.
Before the update goes live, a day or two before that, Epic will update the daily news feed post to announce the item or weapon that will be announced in the game.
While the news feed hasn't been updated, it's possible that Epic could add the updated Heavy Assault Rifle and Scoped Assault Rifle that was leaked by insiders two weeks ago on update v11.20. Here's a look at the updated Heavy Assault Rifle:
The Heavy Assault Rifle also received new firing sounds and new damage stats. The scoped assault rifle looks the same as the Chapter 1 version, which may suggest it can't be added until changes are made to it.
The question that is on the minds of many players for every update is whether there will be an official description of the Fortnite update.
Epic has released patch notes for the v11.20 update, but unless there's new content for another week, it's unlikely there will be any descriptions. However, if there is content such as the return of the Heavy Assault Rifle and Scoped Assault Rifle, expect Epic to release official notes.
Updated: there was no new content in this update, only bug fixes. There are no official comments for the patch.
